I formed CG Ag in 2019 with a view to provide a personalised nutrient management service to farmers.

My previous job with Sustainable Water Ltd involved dairy effluent system design, advice and sales, as well as Overseer nutrient budgeting. Designing effluent systems and working alongside irrigation specialists, has meant that I have developed an excellent understanding of effluent & irrigation design based on soil type and crops grown and how this can have an impact on nutrient loss if design shortcuts are taken.

Prior to working for Sustainable Water, I held an Account Manager position with Ravensdown for 5 years, which covered arable, dairy and sheep/beef/deer properties in the productive Mid-Canterbury region. This role involved assisting farmers with soil testing, interpreting soil test results, making fertiliser/AgChem/animal health recommendations and completing nutrient budgets using Overseer.

I am a hardworking, enthusiastic individual who relates well to a wide range of people and has a real passion for the agricultural industry. I have a practical, open mind and endeavour to gain an in depth understanding of each farming business so I can help farmers to achieve their environmental goals. I'm happy to travel throughout the South Island.
