Developed by DairyNZ in association with farmers and other technical experts, the Effluent Warrant of Fitness (WOF) programme offers dairy farmers the opportunity to ensure their farm's effluent system is up to standard, 365 days of the year.

The programme consists of a voluntairy inspection, risk assessment and reporting process, available to farmers and rural professionals wanting to ensure a property's effluent system and procedures are fit for purpose and meet council compliance requirements.
