WOF Certification Programme
Dairy WOF System and Certification Dairy Industry Programme
DairyNZ has led the development of the Effluent Warrant of Fitness (WOF) programme.
The programme gives a clearer indication to farmers, advisors and rural professionals about a system’s capability to meet current council regulations, and be fit for purpose 365 days a year.
The system was developed with significant farmer input in response to frustration felt by many farmers and professionals who wanted to ensure systems were up to standard, but also wanted an independent, certified means of determining that.
Please see the following documents and Standard Operating Procedures which are used by Certified WOF Assessors and the industry body.
