For over three decades I have worked in New Zealand's innovative dairy industry as a milker, dairy farm own, dairy livestock service business owner, and I have an agricultural science degree.

From this varied industry experience my point of difference is that I have theoretical, practical, tehcnical and management skills.

It can be difficult to assess different on-farm options available relative to requirements. My instincts and calculations assess what practical on-farm solutions are available. This involves adapting to farmers' preferences, diverse market changes and compliance issues.

Industry-wise I am a negotiator, go-between and advisor. With this knowledge and my natural empathy, I find outcomes to match clients' objectives.
